Before you start the treatment, you should get off dairy products as they will interfere with the process. Once you’ve gone through this, drink a glass of lemon water in the morning – squeeze two lemons in the glass of water and drink the mixture to eliminate toxins in your body and alkalize it. For a mid-day snack, have a glass and a half of carrot juice. This juice will alkalize your body and blood before you start the detox process. The carrots are also great for your respiratory tract due to the high amount of vitamin A and beta-carotene they contain.

 

Have a potassium-rich juice after dinner – we suggest drinking a juice made of parsley, sea greens, celery, carrots and spinach. You need about 1 ½ glass of this juice to clean your blood of toxins. If you don’t like the taste (we admit, it doesn’t sit well with everyone), buy Noni juice in a healthy store and drink a glass of it diluted with some water.

 

About an hour later, drink a cup of ginger, peppermint or rose hip tea in order to clean out the excess mucus in your lungs and prevent further accumulation.

 

Before you go to bed, drink 340 ml. of cranberry juice which will fight the bacteria in your lungs that may cause infections. Cranberries contain a high amount of antioxidants which will clean your blood and body as well. Go to bed afterwards, and repeat the whole process for 3 days in a row. The amazing method will clean your body of the toxins that entered it through processed food and give your health a significant boost.
